PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & COACHING

PD built around the same models your educators are being evaluated on.

Most professional development is disconnected from evaluation. Ours isn’t. Every session is designed around the Marzano frameworks — building the shared language, observational skill, and instructional practice that make evaluation meaningful rather than procedural.

Available onsite, virtual, and on-demand. Organized by role so you can find what your district needs without filtering through sessions that don’t apply

THREE DELIVERY FORMATS

Recommended Focused Teacher Evaluation Model Progression

Sessions are designed to build on each other. Following the recommended sequence means observers and teachers encounter concepts in the right order — and never arrive at a session before they’re ready for it. The order of the four implementation sessions for teachers is determined by the district.
